Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Charles Brannon< no role >
for himself saith that Elizabeth Etches< no role >
now present hath lived
with him a a Lodger
about afortnight or three Weeks
That one William Wesson< no role >
hath cohabited with her about
eight or nine days. That on Tuesday last the said Elizabeth
Etches brought this Informant the Bill of Exchange now
produced purporting to be the Bill of Exchange of James
Kingdon< no role >
on Mr. John Hatchet< no role >
and Co. Long Acre for
the payment of £5.3..6 to John Wesson< no role >
or Order, dated
London Dec. 11th 1788 and purporting to be accepted by
the said John Hatchet< no role >
. That said Etches upon
producing said Bill of Exchange to this Informant said
that Mr. Wesson had sent it for Informant to pay
himself and that said Bill was drawn upon Mr. Robertson
Pastry Cook in Bond Street
but that she Etches did not
see Mr. Robertsons NAme upon it - That yesterday morning
said Wesson asked this Informant for said Bill of Exchange
saying to him, that he was going to Bond Street
, and would
receive the Money himself, from said Mr. Robertson. That
Informant and Said Wesson went together last Night to the
