The Information of John Dadley< no role > of No. 4
Vaushall Walk Lambeth Engraver
taken before me this 26th. day of Decemr 1788

Who being upon Oath saith that this afternoon
between the hour of four and five o Clock as he was
Standing near the door of the Shakespear Tavern under
Covent Garden Piazza waitng to get into the two Shillling Gallery
of the Theatre Covent Garden he felt himself much
pushed about and assaulted and violently struck
[..] on the face head and back by several Persons to
the Number of four or more [..] who
robbed him of one Guinea, one Shilling and three Six pence
That he was soon afterwards again struck by
a person now present who calls himself George
Wakeman
< no role > and Further says that he dothwentverily
believe that he the said George Wakeman< no role > is one
of the persons that so robbed him of his Money
as aforesaid John Dadley< no role >
