taken before me this
10th. day of November 1788
Who being upon Oath says that about twelve
o'Clock last night as this Informant was going
up Chancery Lane
he met the Persons now
present who call themselves Arm Jones and
Mary Chambers< no role >
that said Jones and Chambers
asked this Informant to go home with them which
he refused that they told this Informant they had
something to tell him and requested him to go
into a Court which he did when said Jones pushed
this Informant from her and they both ran away
that in a few Minutes after Informant missed
his Watch and Pursued said Jones and Chambers
and caused them to be secured at which And
the Watch was found upon the Ground and this Informant Further.
says that the Watch now produced by John
