The Information of John Mansell< no role > of Great Sutton Street
Clerkenwell Engraver who being duly Sworn upon Oath saith
that on the 24th. Day of November Instant about Eleven O clock in
the Evening as he was going through Cran centre Alley with
Mr Phillips he heard the Cry of Stop Thief that a person run
away and Mr. Phillips Ann After him and took him in
Cranbourne Passage that whill Mr. Phillips held him
meaning the person now present who calls himself
William Strickland< no role > ) he saw the watch now Produced drop
down from the right side of the Prisoner.

The Information of John Worthy< no role > of Knightsbridge
Haimaker who being duly sworn upon his Oath saith that
on the 24th Day of November Instant about Eleven Oclock
in the Evening as he was going through Saint Martins
Court he heard a Cry of Stop thief and Saw the Prisoner
William Strickland< no role > run away that this depot run after
him but before he came up to him Mr. Phillips had Stoped
him That while Mr. Phillipsheld himand this dept held him
he saw the Watch new produced in the Prisoners right hand
with the Chain hanging down that he saw him drop she said
Watch upon his right foot and Immediately said I have got
nothing Gentlemen you may search me.
