Who on their Oath say and for it the said George

for himself says. That Ralph Graham< no role >
now present has
been his Ported for about a fort night and Suspecting he had
robbed him he last night Searched him and found upon his
person the Two Candles pieces of Sugar and Raisens now
produced and verily believes that the said Articles together with
a Bottle of Madura a small Jar of Honey a Bottle of Relekup
some Rice Citron and Cinnamen now produced by Evan Evans< no role >
are the Property of this Informant and that they were Stolen From
him by the said Ralph Graham< no role >
, And the said Francis
Brogie< no role >
and Frederick Dibble< no role >
for themselves say that they are
servants to the aforesaid George Pressey< no role >
that they have examined
all the aforesaid Articles, and are very sure they are the property
of the aforesaid George Pressey< no role >
, And the said Evan Evans< no role >
for
himself says that the several Articles [..] now produced by him
he found last night in the Lodging of the said RalphGraham
at No 8 Leicester
