him as a Servant and was discharged from his
Service about August last that Fifty Books and
Pamphletts now produced by him are his property
And have been feloniously stolen in his Shop as he

part of said Books and Pamphletts he found in

in the House of Edward

in Warwick Street
Golden Squard another
Part thereof in said Hebert's Box at Mr. Kays a
Bookseller in the Strand
and the remainder in
said Hebert's Fathers House in Whitechaple
