The Several Information of Jacob Freeman< no role > , Ann Ridley< no role > ,
John Mirvin, Richard Williamson< no role > , William Cater< no role > , Richard Rouney
and Vander Strahen< no role > taken the 7th. day of March 1788

Who upon their Oaths severally say and first the said Jacob Freeman< no role > for himself saith
that on Wednesday the 27th of last month by virtue of a Search Warrant he went to the
Apartments of Ann Rydley< no role > in Plumbers Court Holborn and searched the same where
he found three Pictures which pictures John Norborn< no role > the person who had the Warrant
swears to be his property

Ann Ridley< no role > Sworn says that about three weeks ago the Prisoner Jane Griffiths< no role > came to her
apartments and brought the three pictures which Jacob Freeman< no role > found, and offered
to give them her which she Refused and consentedthatto let them hang up in her
apartments till she called for them

John Mirvin< no role > Servant to George Lane Pawnbroker Sworn says that on the 21st of February last
the Prisoner Jane Griffiths< no role > brought to his Masters Shop and pawned two pictures with
Gilt frames in the name of Miss Clarke for five Shillings which pictures the said John
Norborn
< no role > Swears to be his property

Richard Williamson< no role > Servant to Joseph Flemming< no role > Pawnbroker says that on the
19th of February last the Prisoner Jane Griffiths< no role > brought a Dozen of Knives and Forks to his
Masters Shop and pawned them for four shillings in the name of Miss Hudson< no role > , which
Knives and [..] ks the said John Norborn< no role > believes to be his property, that on Wednesday
the 27th day of February last the prisoner brought a picture to his Masters Shop and pawned
it for four Shillings in the name of Miss Hudson which picture the said John Norborn< no role > believes
to be his

William Cater< no role > Pawnbroker Sworn says that on the fourth of February last the Prisoner Jane
Griffiths
< no role > brought to his Shop and pawned two Small pictures for One Shillings and Six
pence in the name of Miss Clarke which the said John Norborn< no role > Swears [..] to be his Property
That on the 22d of February last the prisoner brought to his Step and pawned five
Knives and forks in the name of Miss Clarke for two Shillings believes to be his
property

Richard Rowney< no role > Shopkeeper Sworn says that on the 27th of February last the Prisoner
Jane Griffiths< no role > [..] brought to his Shop two Pictures in Gilt frames and sold there
to him for Seven Shillings, which pictures the said John Norborn< no role > swears to be
his property

Vender [..] Strapen< no role > Servt . to John Daniel< no role > Goll Silversmith says that about a fortnight
ago the prisoner Jane Griffiths< no role > brought to her Masters Shop a Gold Locket and a
Gold Ring and sold him for twelve shillings which said Locket and Ring
the said John Morborn swears to be his property
