before me this 24th. day of March 1788

Who being upon Oath says that the Person now
present who calls himself Pater Hebert lased
with him as a Sowant that the Books and
Pamphletts now produced by him are his
Property and were feloniously stolen as he
Verily believe by the said Hebert That a
part of said Books he found in a Box belonging
to said Hebert n the House of this Informant
another part thereof is said Heberts Box
at Mr. Kays in the Strand and the
remainder in said Hebert's Father's House
in Whitchaple
