Way to another Woman [..] and upon the other
Woman he saw or Hat under her Cloak and he
Charged her with Stealing the Hat When She dropt
it in the Street and took him round the Waist
and said "how do yo do my dear" and as soon as he
saw the hat he knew it to be the same Hat which
was Stolen out of his Fathers shop as aforesaid
Whereupon he Secured her and when in Custody
She said her Name was poor Poll Conner and
She had only boned a Hat That he was Struck
by the said Woman and was Kicked by the other
who made her Escape
Taken and Sworn the day
