The Information of Mr. Robert Dyde< no role >
Isaac Smith< no role > and Thomas Richardson< no role >
taken upon Oath before now this first
day of January 1787

Mr. Robert Dyde< no role > being Sworn Saith that on the 1st. day
of January 1787 the Prisoner who Saith her Name in Mary
Cumming came into this Informants Shop in Pull Mall
Said She was a Millener and Resided at Winchester and
Wanted different Articles in the Millenery Business, this
Informant directed the Prisoner to the back Warehouse
whose She Ordered Several Articles in the Millenary Business
and Afterwards came into the Shop and look'd out different
Articles to the Amount as this Informant believes between
Sixty and Seventy, Pounds that while the Shopman Isaac
Smith
< no role > was Serving her, he came into the back Warehouse
to this Informant and Said the Person he was Serving
he believed to be a Shop Lifter for that he Missed a fiver
of Ribband upon which this Informant sent force

Isaac Smith< no role > Shopman to Mr. Dyde Saith that on the
1st. day of January 1786 this Informant Serving the
Prisoner [..] Mary Cumming< no role > with different Articles in
the Millenary Business Missed a Prices of Ribband and
Immediately went back to the Warehouse and Informed
his Master Mr. Dyde the he believed the Prisoner to be
a Shop lifts he having missed where of Ribband
