Who being upon Oath say and first the said Joseph
Cornish< no role >
says that last Monday afternoon the said John Gardener< no role >
delivered to this Informant the two Cheeses now produced
in order for him to convey them to his Master at Knebworth
aforesaidThat when he came to Enfield Highway
he missed the said
Cheeses out of his Cart and doth verily believe that they were
stolen out of his CartAnd the said John Gardener< no role >
says that
the two Cheeses now produced are the same Cheeses which he this
Informant delivered to the said Joseph Cornish< no role >
to convey
to his Master as aforesaidAnd the said James Mc. Manns
says that about ½ part 10 oClock on Monday Evening last
he apprehended two persons now present who call themselves
Joseph English< no role >
and Samuel Duff< no role >
upon the Kingsland Road
and found upon the said Samuel Duff< no role >
the said Cheeses at
which time the said Joseph English< no role >
was in Company with him
