The said Patrick Birmingham< no role >
being charged
before me by Robert Gray< no role >
on Suspicion of
Burglariously breaking and entering his
Dwelling House in Leigh Street in the
Parish of St. George the Martyr
in the said
County in he night time of the fourth of
this Instant April namely between the hours
of seven and eight in the evening with
a felonious intent
And the said Samuel Hall< no role >
being charged
before me by the said Robert Gray< no role >
on Suspicion
of being concerned with the said Patrick
Birmingham< no role >
in the said Burglary aiding
and abetting him therein with a felonious intent
He the said Patrick Birmingham< no role >
on his
examination now taken before me denieth
that he did so break & enter the said Dwelling
House or that he came out a far was near
the window of the Same; and the said
Samuel Hall< no role >
on his examination now
taken before me denieth that he had hold
of the window shutter of the said dwelling
House or any way touched the Same
