Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that an Saturday the
Tenth day of December Instant he did serve Mr Crawford< no role >
who acts as Solicitor for the above prosecutor Alexander Hart< no role >
Esquire as this Deponent hath been informed and believes
with a Notice in writing purporting that this Court would
be moved on Monday then next that the Trial of the above
Cause might be brought on and be heard an that day
by delivering the same to his Maid Servant at his the said
Mr Crawford House in Essex Street , Strand in the County
of Middlesex
