off this Deponents Trial was done without giving any
Notice to this Deponent or to his Sollicitor and that the
same was a surprize on [..] this Deponent And this
Deponent saith that immediately after he heard of the same
he caused Notice to be given to the Solicitor for the prosecute
that this Court would be moved asMenson this day, that
the Trial of this Deponent might be brought on at this
present Sessions.
