The Information of Samuel Wade< no role >
admitted a Voluntary Evidence in his
Majestys behalf against Edward
Parker
< no role > Peter Thane< no role > and William
Pritchard
< no role > touching a certain Felony & Burglary taken before Us two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on Tuesday
last was a Week at night he came from Hertford
and between Eight and Nine o Clock he went to a Public
House called the Noaks Ask in Dyot Street Saint
Giles in one of Boxes of the Tap Room of the said House
he saw three persons now present who call themselves
Peter Thane< no role > William Pritchard< no role > and Edward togother
together with William Grigg< no role > and Dennis Shiels< no role > and several
Women Drinking together this Informant joined their
Company & sat down when Peter Thane< no role > held up a large
Bundle to this Informant and sayd see here what
we did at Surgeons Hall last Night and then put
the Bundle down beside him again and they stayed together
till very near Ten o Clock then this Informant & the said
Edward Parker< no role > Peter Thane< no role > William Pritchard< no role > , William
Grigg
< no role > & Dennis Shiels< no role > went out together & what the
Door of the said Honor Pritchard said to this Informant
[..] mentioned any life last Night for the Plate
which many a one would not have done with that Laid
(Poruting to Peter Thane< no role > ) the said Peter Thane< no role > came
the Bundle and Laughed & said they had got about five Guineas a piece and he and Edward Parker< no role > William Pritchard< no role >
& William Grigg< no role > went away together but where this
Informant cannot tell this Informant & Dennis
Shiels went & laid at a House in Nags head Court The
Man who deceased Beer at the Noaks Ark saw them
altogether This Informant further saith that about
Ten o Clock the next morning he & Dennis Sheils went to
the Noaks Askand was Informed by one Mary Blake< no role >
