That he this Deponent did on the tenth Day of this Instant Month
of December serve Alexanders Hart< no role > Esquire the prosecutor abovenamed
with a land Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed by learing the sane at
his Lodgings in Saint Martin's Street Leicester Fields in the County
of Middlesex And this Deponent further saith that he this Deponent
did also on the said tenth Day of December instant serve Mr Gibbs
Crawford< no role > who note as Sollicitor or Agent for the said Alexander Hart< no role >
in the above prosecution with a true Copy of the said Notice her unto
annexed by Casing the same with the said Mr Crawford Clerk at
his House in Essex Street in the Strand in the said County of Middlesex
