Poulterer Maketh Oath and Saith that on Fryday the
Nineth day of July instant he this Deponent Sewed the
above named Prosecutor Samuel Coppock< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. with a Notice
in Writing in this Cause purporting that this Honourable
Court would be moved this day at Ten of the Clock in the
Morning or so soon after as councel could be heard that
the Tryal of the above Indictment might be put off till
the next Session on Account of the Absence of Material
witness by leaving the same at the House of the said
Prosecutor in Deverux Court with his man Servant
there.
