this Deponent was Informed the said Tom frequents and
this Deponent was Informed by the Portors and other Persons
thereabout that he was seen in the Temple about a Week
ago but that Rey have not seen him since that time and
that it is uncertain when the said person (whom they well
know by the name of Tom and the description given him by
this Deponent) may be met with and that Rey do not know
where the said person lives but that he Usualy Attends
about the Temples and the Inns of Court as a Portor and
Frequently gres Journeys on Messages into the County upon
which Business they believes he is now Employed which
Information this Deponent believes to be true And this
Deponent Further Saith that although he has Used the
Most diligence for that purpose has not been able to find
out the said Person called Tom and described as aforesaid
but believes he shall be able to find him out so that he
may be Supen'd to give Evidence for the said Robert
Johnston
