Assembled.

The Humble Peticon & appeal of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the said County

Sheweth

That By Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the hands
and [..] of Richard Ricards< no role > & Andrew Osborn< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx (Whereof are
[..] of the Quorum) Eleanor< no role > the Wife of Robert Wenwood< no role > and her two
Children that is to say Joseph< no role > aged about four Years And James< no role > aged
about two Years the Lawfull Issue of the said Robert We moved &
Eleanor his Wife Were removed from the Parish of St. Mary White
Chappell in the sand County, to the parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the
said County, As the place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
Aggreived by the Warrant & Judgment of the
said two Justices humbly Appeal to this Honble
Court for Releif in the premisses.

And Your Peticoners shall Ever
