bread, he would have perished, And that the Petr.
hath lately been threatned to be sent Bridewell
for taking sticks out of the hedges in the Neighbour
hood by the direction of the said John Fowler< no role >

and that the Petr. is swarming with lice, and hath
not stockings, and hath been without a shirt, and
now hath but one shirt, and is likely to perish if-
he continues with the said John Fowler< no role >
, And the
Petr. therefore humbly prayed that he might be
discharged from his said master and turned over
to another, whereupon It was by an Order made by
this Court on the said fourteenth day of January
last Ordered by this Court that the said John
Fowler< no role >
should have notice of the said petition,
and that he & all parties concerned should
attend this Court on Saturday the nineteenth day
of the said Month of January last at ten of
the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgment & determination of this Court touching
the matters contained in the said petition, And the
determination thereof being adjourned by this Court-
untill this twenty fifth day of February instant, Now
upon hearing of what was alledged by the said

the Petr. And upon examination into-
the truth of the matters contained in the said petition-
Forasmuch as this Court is satisfyed that the
substance of the said petition is true, And for
that it appeareth to this Court by the Oath of Mary< no role >
