to attend the Court at
Hicks hall in May
Sessions for non paymt.
of Moneys assessed for
relief of maimed
Soldiers Etc.

Upon Information given unto this Court by
Thomas Thayer< no role > Esquire one of this Majestys Justices
of the Peace for this County and Treasurer for
the Yeare One thousand seven hundred and
twenty seven of the Moneys raised for reliefe
of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in
the said County that William Nynd Gentleman
then High Constable of Westminster Division
William Lonsdale< no role > Gentleman then and yet
High Constable of Kensington Division and
Thomas Jones< no role > Gentleman then High Constable
of Holborne Division in this County have not
yet paid to him said Mr. Thayer the
Moneys assessed upon the severall Parishes
and Places within their respective Districts
for the reliefe of Maimed Soldiers and
Mariners within the said Hundreds
which they ought to have done, It is
Ordered by this Court that the said William
Nynd William Lonsdale< no role > and Thomas Jones< no role >
doe respectively attend the Court of the
next Generall Sessions of the Peace to be
holden for this County by adjornment on
Thursday the Twenty Second day of May
next at three of the Clock in the afternoon
to Answer for their Neglect in not paying
to the said Mr. Thayer the Moneys assessed
as aforesaid upon the respective Parishes
and Places within their respective Districts,

Order for Mr. Joshua
Walker Keeper of New
Prison to attend the
Court in May Sessions
for Non paymt. of £23.
P Ann by him payable
on Account of repairing
the said Prison,

It is Ordered by this Court that Joshua Walker< no role >
Gentleman Keeper of New Prison at Clerkenwell
in this County doe attend the Court of the next
