day of Aprill instant, It is Ordered by this
Court that the consideration of the aforesaid
Order of his Majesty< no role > in Council be further
adjorned untill (Thursday the Twenty Second
day of May next being the County day of the
next Generall Sessions of the Peace to be
holden for this County,

P adjorn Jovis 17 o. die Aprilis 1729

Order to consider of
a fit Person to be
high Constable within
the Hundred of Elthorn
in the room of Mr.
Tho: Wilkinson

Information being given unto this Court that
Thomas Wilkinson< no role > Gentleman high Constable
within the Hundred of Elthorne in this County
hath not paid unto the Treasurers of the
Moneys raised for reliefe of maimed Soldiers
and Mariners within the Hundreds of Elthorne
Spelthorne and Isleworth in the said County the
Moneys assessed upon the severall Parishes &
Places within his District for relief of maimed
Soldiers and Mariners nor given such Account
of the Moneys by him received as Treasurer
for the Marshalsea Kings Bench and
Hospitalls for the said Hundreds As he
ought to have done, It is Ordered by this
Court that it be And It is hereby recommended
and referred unto his Majestyes Justices of the
Peace for this County residing in New Brentford
Division in the said County to consider of
some fit Person to be High Constable within
the said Hundred of Elthorne in the room and
place of the said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > , And to
return his Christian Name< no role > and Surname to the
Court of the next Generall Sessions of the Peace
to be holden for this County by adjornment
on Thursday the Twenty second Day of
May now next ensueing,
