an Order made in Aprill Sessions last
touching the Severall Actions brought by
William Hucks< no role > Esquire and Robert Hucks< no role >
Esquire the Inhabitants of the Hundred
of Ossulston in this County in the Court of
Common Pleas at Westminster upon the
Statute of Hue and Cry on Account of two
Robberys committed upon the said William
Hucks and Robert Hucks< no role > within the said
Hundred, be adjourned sine die,

It is Ordered by this Court that the further
Consideration of an Order made in May Sessions
One thousand seven hundred and twenty four
Prohibiting the Clerks to the Justices of the
Peace for this County from Solliciting for any
Persons Indicted or to be Indicted or any
other Defendant at any Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the Peace for this County, be
adjourned untill Thursday the Sixteenth
day of October next being the County Day
of the next Generall Quarter Sessions of
the Peace to be holden for this County
