Order for granting
a Bench Warrant
against Thomas Jones< no role >
Gent late high Constable
of Holborn Division
to answer to an
Indictment

It is Ordered by this Court that a Bench Warrant
be granted against Thomas Jones< no role > Gentleman late
high Constable of Holborne Division in this County
in Order to apprehend him and oblige him to find
Sureties by Recognizance for his Personall
appearance at the Sessions of the Peace for this
County to answer to an Indictment preferred
and found against him for not produceing his
Account of the Publick Money by him received
before the Court of Sessions of the Peace for this
County pursuant to an Order of Court in that
behalfe made,

Walker Keeper of New
Prison to pay the Several
Sumes of £20. & £20. by
his payable on Account
of repairing the said
Prison unto Barwell
Smith Esqr . Treasurer
for Maimed Soldiers Etc
in Order to repay the
Moneys advanced for
repairing ye. sd. Prison,

It is Ordered by this Court that Joshua Walker< no role >
Gentleman Keeper of New Prison at Clerkenwell
in this County doe on or before the Seventh Day of
July now next ensueing pay unto Barwell Smith< no role >
Esquire Treasurer for the Yeare One Thousand
Seven hundred and twenty eight for Maimed
Soldiers and Mariners within the Hundreds of
Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in the said County
the Sume of Twenty Pounds due from him the
said Joshua Walker< no role > and payable at Lady Day
One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Seven
as Keeper of New Prison aforesaid on Account
of Repairing the same, and alsoe the like Sume
of Twenty pounds from him due and payable at
Lady Day one thousand seven hundred & twenty
eight upon the like Account of repaireing the
said Prison, in Order to repay the Moneys borrowed
of and advanced by Sir Henry Penrice< no role > Knight
formerly Treasurer for Maimed Soldiers and
