Examination Text | George Winston aged 50 years destitute of lodging upon his oath saith that he is a Gold Beater by trade and lived in and rented an house in that part of Banbury Court which is the Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of two months at the yearly rent of 10 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same about 24 years ago and never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant since. Sworn the 27th Day of January 1752 before Benjamin Cox. |
