Examination TextMargaret Graves aged 22 years and upwards in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married bound an apprentice kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together, that she was born in Harts Horn Lane in the Parish aforesaid, that her father [blank] Graves was a Porter and was born in Harts Horn Lane aforesaid, that he never was bound an apprentice kept house rented 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together to this Examinant's knowledge. Taken in the workhouse the 23rd Day of December 1751.
