Examination Text | Mary Huggins aged 35 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married bound an apprentice kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together, that her father Henry Huggins he was a Trunk Maker by trade and lived in and rented an house near Charing Cross in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for several years at the yearly rent of 60 pounds and died in the occupation of the said house. Taken in the workhouse the 18th Day of January 1758. |
