| Examination Text | Ann Merrick aged 21 years and upwards in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields passed from the Parish of St. George Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex upon her oath saith that she never was married nor bound an apprentice, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr Arnold a Silk Dyer in Panton Street in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of one year and upwards at the yearly wages of 5 pounds, quitted the same six months ago. Sworn in the workhouse the 11th Day of January 1762. |
