Examination TextJohn Denham aged 41 years and upwards passed from the Parish of St Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields in the same County upon his oath saith that he was bound an apprentice by an indenture for seven years to William Innis a Peruke maker in Orange Street in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields and there served his said Master all the aforesaid term which expired about 21 years ago, that he hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since.
