Examination Text | Robert Gosbell aged twenty nine Years removed from St George's Hanover Square Saith he never was marryed that he was bound an Apprentice by Indenture for seven years to one Mr Wallis an Upholsterer in Bond Street in the Parish of St George Hanover Square and there served him about three years and an half and his master then failing he this Examinant was turned over to one Mr Baron an Upholsterer on the pav'd Stones in St Martins Lane and there served his said Master the remainder of the Time for which he was bound which expired about six years ago and that he never took any house Shop or Apartment of the yearly Rent of ten pounds of upwards paid any parish Taxes or was a yearly hired Servant since Sworn the Day of 1737 Before |
