The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That whereas the Churchwardens above
named & John Henly< no role > John Hughes< no role > John Lacey< no role > & Samll: Whitmore< no role > overseers of the poore of
the parish of St. Clemt. Danes aforesaid with the Assent of two Justices of the peace
according to the Statute in that case made & provided have putt Kirby Baker< no role > apprentice
to Alexander Reynolds< no role > and have given with him Forty five Shillings If therefore the
above bound Alexander Reynolds< no role > & Nicolas Worrall< no role > or either of them or
either of their heires Excute or [..] doe well & sufficiently provide for keepe &
maintaine the Said Apprentice in by & with all & all manner of need full and
necessary meale drink washing lodging apparrell linnern & all other necessaryes
meete & convenient for such an Apprentice dureing the said terme of tenn
yeares And also well & sufficiently save defend keepe harmless & indempnified
the Said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of the said Parish and their
Successors: for the time being and all the Inhabitants of the Said parish which
now are & hereafter shall be & every of them of & from the charge of keeping and
maintaineing the Said Apprentice dureing the terme aforesaid And of & from
all accons Suite & taxacons whatsoever which the said Parishonrs. of St. Clemts.
Danes aforesaid or any of them shall or may sustleyne nicurr or be putt
unto for or in respect of the Said Apprentice many manner of wife then
this Obligacon to be void of none effect or else to remaine in full.
