The Condicon of this Obligacon is Such That Whereas the Churchwardens
abovenamed Charles Wood< no role > Thomas Ingram< no role > Thomas Kirkham< no role > and John
Freelove Overseers of the poore of the parish of St Clement Danes aforesaid
have given to the above bond Edward Heleyn the same of foure pounds
of lanfull money of England in Consideracon that he to be care of and
provide for one Edward heleyn one of the poore of the said parish and
acquitt and discharge the said parish of and from the said Edward
Heleyn on of the poore aforesaid for the Future If therefore the
abve bound Edward Heleyn his Executors and Administrators doe & shall
well and sufficiently save defend Keepe harmelesse and indempnified
the said Churchwardens & overseers of the poore of the said parish & their
Successors. for the time being & all the Inhabitants of the said parish
which now are or hereafter shall be of & from the charge of Keeping &
maintaineing the said Edward Heleyn on of the poore aforesd from time
to time & att all times hereafter And also of & from all accons suites &
taxacons whatsoever which the parishioners of St. Clemt. Danes or any of
them shall or may susteine incurr or be putt unto for or in respect of the
said Edward Heleyn one of the poore aforesd in any manner of wise
them this obligacon to be void & of none effert or else to be & remaine in full
force & vertue.
