Mrs. Verneys Lease be accepted of & that she be discharged
the Arrear of Ground Rent due thereon in Considn. of such
Surrender

Ordered and Agreed that the Vestry Clerk draw up
Such Surrender as Soon as conveniently he can

Ordered & Agreed that the sd. Estate be advertized
to be let on a Building or repairing Lease and
that such Advertizement be Inserted in the
daily Advertizer
