At a Meeting of the Trustees of the Estate on
Adlinghill in the Parish of St. Bennet at Pauls
wharf London belonging to the Parish of St Clemt Danes

Mr. Chimmow< no role > reporting to this board that he had
been with Mrs. Verney for the Ground Rent of the
sd. Estate & finding the Estate in a ruinous
Condition & she unable to pay the Ground Rent
desired to know if she would Surrender up her
Lease in case the Trustees would accept thereof
which She consented to, if the Trustees would
forgive her the Arrear of Ground Rent that was
due for sd. Premes She being very Poor & unable to
pay the Same

Whereupon a Motion was made whether the
Surrender of Mr. Verneys Lease be accepted of &
She, discharged of the Arrear of Ground Rent
in Considn. of Such Surrender
