repairing the same from Lady Day 1771 to Lady Day 1772. Pursuant to a Subsisting
Contract and the said Mr. Banister now reporting that the Footways and Kirb of
the same Streets do Measure such Quantitys as charged in such Bill It is ordered
that the same be remitted back to the Commissioners and that Mr. George do pay into
the Hands of the Treasurer to the said Commissioners the said Sum of £11:7s:6d in
order to discharge such Bill and for the several purposes aforesaid that Mr. Kennett
and Mr. Ireland do draw on the Banker.

Ordered that Mr. Buddle do Attend this Committee on the 15th. Instant to
shew Cause why he does not begin the several Streets Etc. Contracted to be done by him

The Committee met Pursuant to adjournment in order to Contract for
Paving Houghton Street and the several Streets Etc. mentioned in & Advertisement
from this Committee but not being able so to do - Adjourned the same to the 15th Inst.
at five o' Clock.

A Letter from Wm. Anderson< no role > of Essex Street was delivered in and Read Setting
forth That when Little Essex Street was Paved his Trap Door was taken away and
not replaced in a proper Manner and Praying redress.

Ordered that the Consideration of this Matter be referred to the Committee
for the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
