says that in about a Quarter of an hour after
he had delivered his prisoners to the Custody of
Mrs. Goodland he went about his Business
and returned about eight that evening to Mr
Goodlands where he found the deced in a
dying Condition says the deced was upon the
Bed and covered Warm, but that he dyed in about
half an hour after his Second return to Mr.
Goodlands.

Fields on her Oath said that last Sunday
Morning the deced went out in order to go to
his Lawyer as he informed Dept. but soon returned
informing Dept. that he was incapable of walking
thither. says that after some refreshment he
recovered, and seemed to be very well on the
Monday Morning and appeared to be so early
on the Tuesday Morning says that about nine
or ten o'Clock that Morning Dept. and deced
were arrested at the Suit of Jonathan Cope< no role >
(at work House they lodged)for the Sum of
twenty Six Pounds and were brought to Mr.
Goodlands House in James Street says he
appeared then in Health but in Grief says that
about half an hour after his covering to Mr.
Goodland's he was taken speechless, says he
was put to bedd and assistance sent for, but he
was so bad as not capable of Swallowing any
thing says he dyed a little after nine at night
and that he met with civil Treatment from
the Officer who arrested him & from Mrs. Goodland
his Wife says she is certain he dyed a natural
Death.
