To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty in the said County.

NB.
Be Sure to Warn the
above No 24. & return
their Christian and
Sir Names and Places
of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Thursday the 25th. Day
of March by 12 of the Clockin the at noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Edward Hames< no role > known by
the Sign of the Hand and Racket in James Street
in the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within
the said Liberty
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Gilbert Cocks< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 24th. Day of March in
the Year of our Lord 17 62.
