We have Agreed with Nathaniel Edmonds< no role > to
build two Houses at the end of St. Thomas's Street according to
the Proposalls prepar'd by Mr. Streere the Surveyor for the Sum
of £325 he to have the old Materials

We taking Notice that Mr Jonathan Welch< no role > Stew
ard of this Hospital has behaved himself very diligently for the
year past do recommend it to this Court that he may have a
Gratuity of Ten pounds paid by Mr. Treasurer.

We have ordered Green Staffs to be sent to the
following Gentlemen as proper Persons to be Governors of this
Hospital (Vizt.) His Grace Charles Duke of Richmond
