Auditors of the Accounts of this Hospital being deceased
Dr. Benjamin Avery< no role > was chosen in the room of the
said James Ruck Esqr

Mr. Treasurer acquainted the
Court that the immediate Occasion of calling the same was
to choose a Surgeon in the Room of Mr. John Whiting< no role >
deceased. And thereupon this Court proceeded to the Choice
of a proper Person to succeed him, and the Petitions of
Mr. Thomas Baker, Mr Benjamin Cowell< no role > , Mr. Robt.
Markland
< no role > ; Mr Daniel Mitford< no role > , Mr. Joseph Paul< no role > ,
Mr. Edmund Sanxay< no role > , & Mr. John Sheron< no role > , were read
severally praying to be admitted to the said Place

chose Surgeon


The said Persons being severally put in
Nomination Mr. Thomas Baker< no role > was chosen one of the
Surgeons of this Hospital during the pleasure of the General
Court
