A Terrier of the lands charged with an mintes of Five and Twenty pounds
to the great Hospitalls of London take upon view of each particular Sept 1695

A Messuage Garden Archard Barne Stable and Fold yard with a Garth or parcell of
Meadow and pasture ground on the Southside thereof containing in all about 5 roods
worth Three pounds Ten shillings P annum.

One Cottage Tenement and Garth thereto adjoyning containing one acre worth
One pound P ann.

Fower Closes comonly called Pullen Closes now arrable meadow and pasture
containing 12 acres and worth Ten pound P annum.

Two Closes of arrable and meadow ground called Butt Closes containing Ten
acres worth £8. P annum Note all these lye within the Townshipp of Dring houses
high Yorke the (Messuage and Garth pd on the South and all the rest of the premisses
on the Northside of the Towne and way that leads from Yorke to Dring houses and are
now all in the possession of Thomas Watkinson< no role > and his wife who was the Widdow
of John Carver< no role > who held the same for Forty yeares next before his death Note
also all these lands lye open in common if not sowne with wheate or Rye from
Michmas to Lady day and over and above the paid Five and Twenty pounds are
charged with a Fee farme put of Fower pounds Fowerteene Shillings and Six pence
to the Crowne and a quitt rent of Six Shillings and eight pence P annum to the
Lord of the Mannor, So that these are charged to the full value to discharge
the other.

All that Moore Sheepwalke or pasture called high and low Browne Moore
lying in the Townshipp of Thisbendale als Sexton Dale and Lordshipp of
containing about Five hundred acres and now in the possession of William Vessy< no role >
who bought the same of Nisbett who was Devisee of Hoyband is worth £20. P annum
Note Ra: Foster about Twenty yeares ago farmed this of House and after him
Mr. Lepington and Mr. Cudas all which time Christopher Kousby< no role > was Shepherd there
and before him one Christopher Denington< no role > for Fifty yeares who both [..] at
nigh this Shrepwalke.
