Att and under the severall yearely rents hereafter menconed to bee
referred on all the said new Leased amounting in the whole to one
hundred pounds P ann to bee paid half yearely att Lady day and
Michmas by equall porcons and for a Fine of Fifteene hundred
pound (which is Two hundred pounds more then was paid att renewall
of the [..] Leases of the premissed for like terme and rent) to bee paid
the one half att Michmas next and the other half att Michmas then
next following And no Lease to be delivered till the first payment of
the said Fine bee paid made and the Leases to bee security for the
remaining payment of the said new Fine And that a Covenant or
proviso bee interted in the said new Leases to prevent any Lienacons
of Leases or exchange of lands And that a Terrar or schedule of the
lands Lett to each tennant bee affixed to each of the said Leases
