Wee have agreed with Willian Horsman< no role > Citizen
and Wine Cooper of London Tenant of a Messuage called
the Feathers Inn at Chesthunt in the County of Hertford
That he have a Lease granted to him of the same for the
terme of One and Twenty years from Lady day One
Thousand severn hundred and two at which time the present
Lease in being doth expire at the Old rent of Forty
Shillings per Annum and for a Fine of Tenn pounds to be
paid in hand and to put the premises in Substantiall
repaire which are now decaied

Wee have also agreed with John Russell< no role > our
Tennant of a small Tenement in Checquer Ally in St.
Saviours Parish Southwarke That he shall have a Lease
thereof for the Terme of Twenty and one years from
Midsomer which shall be in the year of our Lord One
Thousand seven hundred at the old yearly rent of Forty
Shillings and for a Fine of Twelve pounds to be paid in
hand at the ensealing of the said Lease.

And also That a Lease be made to William
Richardson
< no role > of a Tenement he Inhabits in Leaden hall
-street over against Limestreet end in London for the terme
of Fourteen Years and three quarters of a year from
Midsomer One Thousand seven hundred and one when
the present runing Lease expires at the Old rent of Four
pounds per Annum and for a Fine of Eighty pounds paid
in hand. Wee did not thinke fitt to lett the same for
any longer terme by reason the Leases of two houses
adjoyning to the same Tenements will expire when this
new granted Lease expires and all of them being Old
Timber houses it will be necessary in case of New-
building they be all built togeather.

William Green< no role > the late Butler being so disabled
by his Age as not capable to discharge the duty of the
place did surrender the same praying some allowance
towards his maintenance haveing served the Hospitall
35: Years upon which the Comittee accepted the Surrender
and thought it just to allow him Eight pounds a year for
his life by quarterly payments and the Comittee did
place in his roome untill the next Court Rebeccah Reeve< no role >
Widdow whom they judged a fitt person for the place.
