Hospitall the sume of One Hundred pownds in manner & forme
following (that is to say) the sume of £50: in hand part thereof
and the sume of £50: more and residue thereof on or before the 21
day of December next comeing for a lease agreed to be made in
convenient time afterwards to him the said Tho: Cole< no role > or to his
Executrs: Admors or Assignes of the premisses by Indr: for a
terme of 35 yeares to Comence from the feast of St: Michaell
the Arch Angell next ensueing at and under the prsent rent
of £8:16s P Annum with a further reservacon to this Hospitall
of £2:13s:4d: upon every alienation of the prmisses and alsoe
fitting Covents to Oblidge the said Tho: Cole< no role > his Executors
Admors or Assignes to take downe and rebuild the bark
part of the said demised premisses within two yeares now
next comeing In which Indr: of lease soe to be made of the
premisses as aforesaid shal be more over conteined all other
Covents and Condicons Mutatis Mutandis) as are conteined
in the said former Indr: of lease of the premisses.

yeare aforesaid upon a further Treaty with the sd: Tho: Cole concerning
a new Lease to be made to him the said Tho: Cole< no role > or to his Execrs: Admors
or Assignes of a Chinons messuage or Tenemt with the appurts
scituate in the pish of St. Thomas in Southwarke and now in the
Severall tenures or Occupacons of Andrew Farnham Woolcomber and
Edmd: Earlesgate Itt is agreed betweene this Comittee & Thomas Cole< no role > This name instance is in set 2526.
That he the said Tho: Cole< no role > his Execr Admors or Assignes shall have a
lease of the prmisses in convenient time by Indr: for a terme of 35
yeares to Comence from the Feast day of St: Michaell the Arch-
Angell next ensueing Att and under the antient rent of £204 P ann
with the further reservacon to this Hospitall of 13s-4d: upon every
Alienacon of the premisses And also fitting Covents to Oblidge the
said Tho: Cole< no role > his Execur: Admors or Assignes at his or their owne
Charges to Rebuild the said demised premissed within three
yeares now next comeing In which Indenture of Lease soe to be
made of the premisses as aforesaid shall be moreover conteined
all such other Covents and condicons as are usually conteined in
Indentures of lease of houses belonging to this Hospitall.
