And it was declared and agreed that the said Mary Bolar< no role > shall
nevertheles bee oblidged to permitt Richard Turner< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and his now
wife to enjoy the estate to bee Leased to her or for her use for all
the terme if then or either of them so long [..] hee and shee
paying to the said Bolar to much [..] P ann (in respect of and
proporcon to the Fine the paied) over and above the rent
paiable to the Hospitall as other Tenants there do in like cases
And that Mr. Fill and the other Tenants for the Coale pitts
shall enjoy such parte of the said John Adlmotons< no role > Estate as hee
has allowed to them having the like proporcon of Fine and
rent as others And wee think fitt that each Tenant that takes
Thirty acres of land or upwarded shall have a particular
Lease butt others as they agree to putt into one Lease.

And Wee do also think fitt that the terme of one and Twenty yeares
lately qraunted to Robert Fuller< no role > of two houses in Cruthed Fryers
London bee increased and made upp one and thirty yeares in
regard of the decaied condicon of the houses and charge bee is
att thereby in repaires.

And that a Lease bee made to Perrin Ferris< no role > of a Tenement
in St. Thomas Parish Southwarke heir or late in the tenure
of Daniel Barnes< no role > as Tenant to Widdow Pantell for the
terme of one and Twenty yeares from Lady day 1693 Att
the yearely rent of Fower and Forty Shillings and a Fine
of Tenpounds to bee paid in hand.

And that in consideracon of a Fine of £300. Vizt. One hundred
pounds to bee paid in hand One hundred pounds att Lady day
One Thousand Six hundred Ninety Fower and the other One
hundred pounds att Lady day One Thousand Six hundred
Ninety five a Lease bee made to John Seare< no role > of the Scite of the
Manner and Farme of Massworth in the County of Bucks
wherein hee [..] for the terme of one and Twenty yeares
from Michmas 1694 (when the present Lease expired) att the
old rent of Ten pounds P Ann with a Covenant for new building
the Dairy house and [..] chin within the first Ten yeares of the
laid tenne and other Covenants as in the former Lease for
repaires and otherwise.
