of the Hospitall of St. Thomas the Apostle .

The Report from the Grand Comittee for
managing the affaires of the sd. Hospll: of their
proceedings since the Two & Twentieth of September
1704. being the last Generall Court Vizt.

In pursueance of the Direccons of the last Generall
Court Wee have Created with Mr. Edmond Cradock< no role > , and Agreed
that he shall have Ten Yeares Added to the Terme of One & Twenty
menconed in our Report to the said last Genll: Court, to be Granted to
him of the Demesnes of the Mannor of Linsters als Langleys in the
Countyes of Bucks & Hertford He paying Two Hundred & Twenty
pounds as an Addiconall Fine within a Month and laying out One
Hundred pounds in some One yeare of his Term in Meliorating &
Impropeing the Lands For which a Covenant is to be Incerted
in the Lease.

herein after named desiring them to accept the Office of Governrs .

Wee have agreed with David Ellis< no role > Plaisterr . to Grant him a
Lease from Michas 1704. Of Five little old Tenements lying neare
the Two Pumps in St. Thomas's Parish Part whereof was late in Lease
to Thomas Briscoe< no role > and the rest to John Reeve< no role > . At the yearely Rent
of Seaven Pounds Fourteen shillings payable Quarterly he is to build Four
New Timber Houses upon the Costs of these Old Tenements with Three yeares
and to lay out in these New Buildings. £300 and to plaister the outside with
Finishing upon Heart Laths.
