To the Rt: Woppll: the Generall Court of Governrs. of St: Thomas's
Hospitall .

Wee of the Grand Comittee for manageing
the Affaires of this Hospll. Doe Report our
Proceedings therein since the last Generall Court held
the Sixth of December 1706. as followeth Vizt:

Wee have Agreed with Thomas Dafferns< no role > Butcher , That he shall held
a small Mesuage in Chequer Alley in Southwarke late in the possion of
Jenkin Turner< no role > for Seaven years from Lady Day 1702 at Five Pounds P Ann
payable Quarterly. He is to keep the House in good Repaire and
to leave it so at the end of the Terme. and we are to putt it into
Tenantable Repaire.

Lycence to Mrs. Cook
to plow Land


At the Request of Mr. Cook our Tennant of Lands in Hackny
Mearsh, and upon a view First taken of the said Land, we have given
her Leave to plow up two parcells thereof lyeing in the said Mearsh
containing together about Twelve Acres for the present yeare and the two
following yeares. She then laying it down and sowing it with Rye Grass
for the Remainder of the Terme which shall be then to Come
in her Lease.
