this Court and Ordered to be entred amongst the proceedings of the Court

In pursuance of your Order of the Twenty Seventhday of March last
past Wee the Comittee have read over the substance of all the Contracts
made for granting of Leases of Houses and Lands by Comittees of Governrs.
and not yet sealed, And having an account of the Reasons of every one of
them, Wee are of Opinion they ought to be confirmed by this Court, and
that the Tenants may have their Leases with all speed.

Wee have read over the List of the Comission Governors and present to
you the names of Forty three of them which are in paper annexed whom
wee think fitt to be Governors. of this house, if this Court please.
