It Appearing to this Comittee that upon a Further Applicacon made
by the said Joice whittle to this House concerning the Prmisses, Shee the
said Joice whittle had the promise of the house that if shee her execrs:
or admors should think fitt at her and their owne Charge to take downe
not only, only the first menconed messuage or Tenement then very ruinous
and in decay, but also that of the two others messuages which stood next
to the same & to build One or more good Substantiall new ones in the room
and stead thereof she the said Joice Whittle her Execr: or Adminstratr: should
have suce) Addicons of time made to her at their Expences in so
doeing as to any further sume or sumes of money to be paid for suce addicons
of time to be made to her said respective termes therein as aforesaid the reason
and Equity of her or their Case should require.

And it moreover appearing to the Comittee that the said Joice Whittle
depending upon the Honour and Justice of this house in the premisses, hate at
the owne Charge, already, taken downe that of the two messuages last menconed
and stood next to the first menconed messuage and rebuiltthe same.

The Comittee came to the following agreemt: wth: the said Joice Whittle
concerning the prmisses (to wit) that the said Joice Whittle her Exers. or Adms:
shall & will at her & their owne Cost also, take downe he first menconed
messuage and within two years now next Comeing rebuild a good and
Substantiall one in the roome and stead thereof, And moreover pay to this
house the Sume of Twenty pounds on or before the feast of the Birte of our
Lord Christ next ensueing And that in consideration thereof The said Joice
Whittle her Executrs: or Admors shall in convenient time have one Lease
made to her or them respectively by Indenture of the first Indentured messuage
with the appurtentes for a terme foureteene years [..] mence at the Expiracon
of the terme which by vertue of the said first menconed Indenture of Lease shee
now hath in the same under the life rent reservacons Covts: Condicons and
Agreements (mutatis mutatidis) to be reserved and contained in and by the Indr.
of lease thereof as is or are reserved and contained in the said First menconed
Indr: of Lease and with and under such further Covts & Condicons for the obligeing
the said Joice whittle, her Executr: admors or Assignes at her & their owne Charge
to take downe the same old messuage and to rebuild a good and substantiall new
one in the roome and stead thereof within the said space of two years now next
comeing to be also conteined us And new Indr: [..] easds by this house shalbe
thought Convenient

And Further that the said Joice Whittle her Executr: or Admr: shall in
Convenient time also have one other new Lease made to her or them
respectively, by Indr: of the said two other messuages with the appurts for
the terme of Sixteene years to Elements at the Expiration of the terme
therein so granted By Indr. to the said Edwd: Baker< no role > ad aforesd: In and by wch:
Indr: of new Lease to be made thereof to the said Joice Whittle her Execrs: or Admr:
as aforesaid shall be reserved and conteined the life rent Covts: Condicons
and agreements (mutatis mutandis) as in the before menconed Indenture of
Lease thereof to the Sd: Edwd Baker< no role > are reserved and Conteined.
