To accept a Surrender from Joseph Godfrey< no role > of the Lease
of the Farme he holds at Mullen in Berks at £110 P Annum
and to grant a Lease of the same to Mr Richard Le [..] of
Sutton in Berks Barge master for 21 years from Michaelmas
last at £100 P Annum Subject to Landtax.

To grant a Lease to William Cripps< no role > of the three houses
now in his possession on the South side of the Broad way in St.
Thomas's Parish and two behind the same for the term of 21
years from Lady day 1780 (when the present Lease will expire)
the Tenant to lay out £200 in substantial Repairs within the
first two years of the Term at the present clear yearly Rent
of £15.
