To grant to Mr Joseph Speckman< no role > to Lease of the Premises
at Hackney now in Lease to Mr Abraham Byde< no role > which will expire at
Lady day 1781 for a term of 51 years from the asper [..] of such Leases
at the [..] yearly rent of £30 such Lease to contain a Covenant for
granting an additional term of 11 years at the expiration of the first 21 years
of the said Term on payment by the Tenant of a fine of £100 for such
additional term Mr Spackman to Covenant to lay out £1500. in New
Buildings on the Premises within the first 7 years of the said Term

the former Premises now on Lease to William Adnett< no role > for a term of 31
years from the expiration of that Lease at the [..] given by [..] of 131.10.- but if it shall appear that the
Hospital is restrained from granting a longer term than 21 years then the
Lease to be only for that term.

To grant to Thomas Hancock< no role > a Lease of Fulborn Farm in Cambridge
shire (now on Lease to him) from Michaelmas next (when his present have
expires) for the term of 21 years at the clear yearly rent of £96. with all usual
Covenants.

Wm. Webb< no role >


Agreed
To grant a Lease to William Webb< no role > of Teversham Farm in Cambridge
shire now on Lease to Messrs: Hancock and Battyl. for a term of 21 Yrs.
from Michaelmas were when the present Lease will expire at the clear
yearly rent of £70. with all usual Covenants The Hospital to put
the Premises into proper Repair.
